Estimates and pricing
Any prices shown on this website — including ranges in our cost estimator — are guidance only, not quotes. Your actual price is provided in writing and approved by you before work begins. That approved price is what you pay, unless the scope of work changes with your additional approval.
Booking and scheduling
- Online bookings are requests until confirmed by our office. We'll confirm your appointment by phone, text, or email.
- If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer.
- For emergencies, call us directly rather than booking online — (512) 233-6590 in Austin.
Service and workmanship
- Work is performed by our own trained technicians, under Texas Master Plumber License #M-41147, in accordance with applicable Texas plumbing codes.
- Where the code requires a permit (for example, most water heater replacements), we obtain it and the work is subject to inspection.
- We stand behind our workmanship. If our work fails due to how we performed it, we'll make it right — see our refund and returns policy for details.
- Equipment and materials carry manufacturer warranties; we'll help you understand and use them.
Payment
Payment is due as agreed at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in writing. We accept common payment methods as presented at booking or on your invoice. Amounts past due may be subject to collection.
Access and safety
