Economy Plumbing Services began in Austin in 2012 with a simple frustration: homeowners were getting burned by vague pricing, upsold repairs, and plumbers who treated every house like a invoice instead of a home. We figured there was room for a company that did the opposite — said what the job costs before starting, explained the options in plain English, and stood behind the work.

Central Texas kept growing, and so did we. A second shop in Marble Falls at 2409 Commerce Street, Marble Falls, TX 78654 means the Highland Lakes side of our service area gets the same response times Austin does, instead of waiting on a truck driving in from the city. Today we run two fully stocked shops, but the way we work hasn't changed: upfront pricing, licensed techs who actually know the trade, and no franchise playbook telling us to sell you things you don't need.

Water heaters became our specialty the honest way — by doing thousands of them. Tank, tankless, gas, electric, 40 gallons to commercial units: when something's wrong with your hot water, odds are we've seen the exact problem before, and we can tell you quickly whether it's worth repairing or time to replace. Around that specialty we built a full-service plumbing company — drains, leaks, repipes, gas lines, backflow — so one call still handles it all.

Being local isn't a marketing line for us. It's the business model. When your customers are your neighbors, there's nowhere to hide from bad work — so we don't do bad work.
