We're not a dispatch center three states away. Our trucks roll out of real addresses — Austin and Marble Falls — driven by our own master-licensed techs. Here's exactly where we go, who answers the phone, and what to expect.
Where your truck comes from
Your address decides which shop dispatches — and which number to call. Both carry the same license, the same team, the same upfront pricing.
Covers the Austin metro: Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Liberty Hill, Buda, and Kyle. Same-day service across most of the metro; emergencies jump the line.
Covers the Highland Lakes and Burnet County: Marble Falls, Bertram, Burnet, Granite Shoals, Horseshoe Bay, Kingsland, and Spicewood. In-town Marble Falls calls are typically same-day; lake and ranch properties get honest ETAs.
Closer shop, faster truck
Austin sits at the center of one of the fastest-growing metros in the country, and our Tillery Street shop is positioned for it — minutes from I-35, 183, and Mopac, which is how we keep same-day windows honest from Round Rock down to Buda and Kyle. Techs carry stocked trucks, so most jobs finish in one visit: water heaters, disposals, fill valves, supply lines, and the parts that fail most often in Central Texas hard water.
The Highland Lakes are a different animal — waterfront homes, limestone ledges, ranch roads, and second homes with absentee owners. Our Marble Falls shop on Commerce Street exists so lake-country calls don't wait for a truck driving in from Austin. From Bertram wells to Horseshoe Bay turnovers, the Marble Falls crew knows the terrain, the soil, and the short-notice rhythms of vacation-rental country.
Response expectations, plainly stated
Emergencies — burst pipes, major leaks, sewer backups, no water — get priority dispatch from whichever shop is closer, weekdays 7:30 AM–5:30 PM and by appointment on weekends. Standard calls book into the next available window, usually same-day or next-day in town. Rural and lake properties may run a longer window because of drive time; we'd rather give you a real ETA than a fantasy one. Every visit ends the same way: upfront price approved before work begins, Texas Master Plumber License #M-41147 on the invoice.
