Moving a shower across the bathroom or adding a double vanity means moving pipes behind walls and under floors. We handle remodel rough-ins — relocating supply and drain lines, setting valves at the right heights — then return for finish work once tile and counters are in. Permits pulled, inspections passed, sequencing coordinated with your contractor.

What's included in a fixture installation?
Everything behind the fixture matters as much as the fixture itself: supply lines, drain connections, shutoff valves, mounting, sealing, and testing. We verify water pressure, check for leaks under full flow, and make sure the fixture is level and solid. You get a finished installation, not a fixture sitting on a hope and a prayer.
Do you do the plumbing for bathroom and kitchen remodels?
Yes — rough-in work (moving or adding supply and drain lines behind walls) and finish work (setting the fixtures after tile and counters are in). We coordinate with your contractor or GC on sequencing, and we pull permits where the code requires them.
Can I supply my own sink, shower valve, or tub?
Absolutely. Many homeowners source their own fixtures for style or budget reasons. One tip: buy pressure-balancing or thermostatic shower valves from established brands — off-brand valves can be impossible to find parts for in five years. We'll flag any compatibility issues before installation day.
How do you prevent leaks behind new fixtures?
Proper rough-in heights and alignment, quality supply connections (no over-tightened plastic), correct drain slope, and full testing under pressure before we close anything up. Most 'mystery leaks' behind fixtures trace back to rushed connections — we don't rush connections.
Do you install freestanding tubs?
Yes. Freestanding tubs need precise drain placement in the floor and often a dedicated filler — floor-mounted or wall-mounted — with the right clearances. We handle the rough-in math so the tub lands exactly where the drain is.
